An update from Fast Water Heater regarding COVID-19
The Fast Water Heater team always puts the safety of customers and technicians first, and addressing concerns due to the coronavirus is a top priority. We are ensuring that we do everything we can to reduce the risk of spreading of the coronavirus. Our work is now more important than ever as having hot water at home is important for personal hygiene.
Hear’s what we are doing:
We will not send any tech into your home who has any symptoms identified as potential signs of coronavirus infection.
We are supplying our techs with sanitizing materials.
All FAST technicians are equipped with P100 rated masks on the job, which are helpful in reducing disease transmission.
If you have any concerns and would like to reschedule your appointment, no problem at all. Just call us or speak with your tech.
Here’s what we are asking of you:
If possible, please sanitize the area where the technician will be working.
Please practice social distancing with the technician.
Please bear with us if our scheduling changes or is not as fast as usual; we may experience labor shortages due to our strict safety measures.
