When you have us put in a water heater, please remember that, as a business in Oregon State, we are required to obtain a permit. Due to our great reputation in Oregon, the good news is that we are able to install heaters with only a minor permit, which we provide free.

Since 2002, Oregon state regulations do not require installers to adhere to standard plumbing codes. However, we at Fast Water Heater Company, Tigard, will not only thoroughly check your water heater, but will guarantee that it meets 100 percent of the standards of installment, as required by its manufacturer.

Our attention to detail also includes our promise to ensure that any other safety concerns are addressed. We have the knowledge and skills to make sure that all the brands that we install are set up in a meticulous fashion.

 

Items Not Currently Being Enforced by Tigard

While Tigard installation codes do not insist that it is necessary to provide a mechanical permit, rest assured the integrity that underlines our blue ribbon service means that all gas connections to your water service are properly inspected. If there are any potential safety issues, then you will be clearly notified. Also, any further items as required by the manufacturer will be provided, in adherence to the state regulations of Oregon.

To make sure that you do not face any further difficulties with the state codes, or any safety risks, our staff will let you know of any additional parts that may be required or adjustments that should be made to your water heater. While we can identify the extra parts that you may need to make sure that your service functions at an optimal level, our policy of customer respect means that we are happy to leave the final decision regarding additional purchases up to you.

Water Heater Inspection

Should your heater be selected for inspection, then please contact us if, for any reason, the inspector finds a problem. While this is highly unlikely, we will respond immediately and sort out any issues.
