I called Fast Water Heater on a Saturday to have a tank leak looked at. They were able to come by the next day. Chad and his assistant showed up right on time and were polite and professional the whole time. After a bit of educational tracing through tangled, covered-up plumbing (Chad was happy to explain what was happening with disused pipes and how the hydronic heating system worked), they quickly confirmed the expansion tank leak, replaced it, and cleaned everything up in less than 15 minutes. They did note the (10 year old) age of the water heater but didn't hassle me to replace it. Couldn't have asked for better, Fast continues to be my first call for water heater issues.

I had a referral to Fast Hot Water Heaters by another person in my condo association after going to a bigger store in the area and not feeling understood. So Fast Hot Water heater listened, had me send pictures and sent Rodney the next day. After looking over my situation of just thinking I HAD to have new hot water heater, Rodney inspected my tank and connections, etc and advised waiting another year or two. I was very appreciative of his honesty and will save up and certainly have them back in a year! Nice to have honest people.

Replacement of my old water heater which was leaking! As Juan would say, I was on borrowed time. Replacement of the unit was overdue. Great job from Juan, professional, he took the time to explain me all he had done, what to expect with the new one and cleaned behind him. Final price was significantly more than initial one on the phone but there were some legal improvements required + I took options such as a water leak sensor - don’t want to go through another flood.

What you don't want to discover early in the morning in January is your hot water heater leaking. What you do want, however, is responsiveness from a contractor - and Fast Water Heater provided that. Through the HD contractor connection, was on the phone with Fast Water Heater, had a clear and professional explanation and price quote for 3 different models of water heater which could replace my leaking unit, and by late afternoon had Brandon at my house installing a replacement. Brandon was concise, friendly, and efficient, pulled the old unit, and got the new one installed. Highly recommended!

My water heater broke the night before, and flooded my garage. Called FAST the morning after and they sent two guys to install the water heater. The dispatcher said it would be $2200 + $200 for a permit, but with venting adjustments, plumbing, water pan, pressure tank and tax, it ended up being $3200. A little disappointed the dispatcher didn’t mention all that, but they did a good job, and the Rheem Pro Series 50gal heater seems solid. I called in the morning and they came around 3pm and finished by 5pm. Thanks!

Eric at Fast Water Heater did an awesome job with our installation. Professional, amazing. Other plumbers tried to tell me that my job was complicated because it's upstairs and they'd have to cross over carpet and blah blah. Eric said it was a straight forward job and he did it perfectly...no additional fees added. It was about $900 for the installation. Bought the heater at Home Depot for under $1000...12 year warranty. Other plumbers were asking $3500 total and including a tank with half the warranty.

Had a weird power surge issue that completely fried my water heater. Was able to get service the same day. Super quick, great service. Thiago did a great job explaining everything, diagnosing the issue, and fixing the problem. Super happy with his work!

Very clean uninstall, great install including all new pipes and very clean results. My old heater was also installed by Fast Water and died of old age after more years than I am willing to admit online. Never any issues or leaks.

We got connected with Fast Water Heater through Home Depot, and after comparing with ~5 other companies in Seattle they had the best bid. Roman was very helpful all throughout, and did a great job in replacing our water heater, making the changes we need to get up to code, and keeping the entire place clean.

Fast, quality service, communicative technician. Fast Water Heater subcontracts for Home Depot. I filled out a form on the Home Depot website and got a phone call from Fast Water Heater within a few minutes. I had to answer some questions - how big is the water heater, how many stairs to reach it, how much clearance around it, how many amps on the circuit breaker. They made a preliminary estimate of about $1400. They could send out a technician the next day. The earthquake straps and foam insulation pad under the water heater did cost extra, maybe a total of $100. The technician had the water heater in his truck. I accepted his bid, and he installed it in a little over an hour, which was great. Beforehand I had to fill out one form and afterwards about seven, which seemed excessive but not really a problem. All in all I am very happy with how quickly Fast Water Heater responded and with the quality of the installation.

Buying an older home, we knew that we’d need to replace the water heater soonish since it was over 10 years old. But didn’t expect it to start leaking the first time we ran the dishwasher 😖 While googling water heater replacement, a Fast Water Heater Company truck drove by my house and I took it as a sign. I called them, the pricing seemed reasonable and they were able to have someone look at it the same day. When we had reported a leakage with our 8 year old Water Heater (which was still under warranty), Fast Water Heater Company provided a replacement Water Heater and dispatched a technician out to our place that same day. Roman from Fast Water Heater Company arrived with our replacement water heater and explained step by step what he was going to do. He also explained that our old water heater had an internal crack which can be caused by water expansion. With this in mind, he also installed an expansion tank which alleviates the water pressure on the water heater. Overall, the removal of the old water heater, installation of new water heater, to leaving with our old water heater - took about 2hrs Overall Roman from Fast Water Heater Company was very professional, friendly, and did an excellent job.

They came out and looked at the situation and told me what needs to be done before I can have them replace the water heater. On a holiday weekend, I thought it would be impossible to get ahold of someone and get them out to the house, but when I called them, they were ready to do it right away and without charging higher holiday weekend prices. Their prices were about half of the price others wanted to charge. I haven't had them do the work yet, because they need me to get some electrical work done first, but I anticipate a good job, from working with them this far.

Our residential water heater started leaking on a Sunday evening. I called FAST early Monday morning and a technician (Tim) was onsite by 9:30 a.m. Tim provided a detailed description of the situation along with a recommended course of action (gas water heater replacement). The new tank was on the truck and complete job (with some custom code adherence modifications) was completed prior to Noon. Tim answered all questions, performed the necessary work in a timely manner and was friendly to engage with. Although I could have shopped around and likely found a lower price, I feel I was provided a competitive price with great service and responsiveness.

They were able to come to my home within an hour of making the appointment on a Sunday. Tim called me to let me they were a half hour out. We had a cordial experience scheduling a date for our water heater replacement with Charlotte. Birk provided us with a lot of good starter information on rough estimate etc. I had a question concerning permit cost and was able to get that answered by phone. Fast water heater had availability the same day we needed a new water heater. Caleb was polite, and efficient! He was a one man show, dismantled and hauled away our old water heater from the third floor (with no elevator) brought the new water heater back up to install. He started at 1:10pm and was out the door by 2:55pm and this even included a quick synopsis of how to adjust, and what to do in case anything went wrong. Quick and detailed during the installation

Our hot water tank was leaking and so they replaced it with a new one. They came out on Sunday and charged the same as a week day. Taking out the old one and replacing it with a new one took 3 hours. They cleaned up everything afterwards. The installer went over everything. Caleb did a very good job.

Our water heater started leaking really badly on Sunday. All the water heater installers for our area were booked pretty far out. We just had our water heater installed about an hour ago. Fast Water Heater came out and was gone within an hour and a half or so! The installer was really friendly and kept me informed at all times. He actually drove down from Tacoma to help us out. Brandon and the guys at Fast Water Heater were awesome and super responsive. Our combination water heater and radiant heat boiler sprung a leak and partially flooded our basement. Brandon was at our house the next day, gave us the best bid, and came back the next day to install the new tank. From initial call to complete install in under 48 hours. These guys rock.

Chris L. was the install technician who called prior to his arrival so i had the whole area cleared for access. The whole removal of my old heater and installation of the new one went smoothly. He explained the whole process and what parts will be needed and not. He also explained the process of making sure my install is up to current required codes. I asked a lot of questions during the whole process and I learned a few things from asking. Since the old heater was shorter he had to do a little modification and removal of old parts. I'm very happy with my purchase and install. The heater is a gas model from Home Depot. I was going to go with Bob's Heating or MM Comfort, but neither of them showed information on what choices of heater they provided on their website. I like to see what I am getting that's why I went to Home Depot to see what I want and not what the plumbers tell me I should get. I went with Rheem cause I had Rheem as the old heater tank and at 19 years, I still was not getting any issues, but I replaced it before issues arise.

I live in a condo complex but the HOA Insurance stops where the paint on the inside of my walls ends. When a water leak in December 2023 happened in the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor occurred, I called several remediation experts to assess the problem. Number 1 on my list of calls was to Fast Water Heater Company. They had installed my water heater that is also the source of heat in my unit. My heater was less than 5 years old and they knew the equipment. Eric, their technician came out the same day I called, turned off the water and moved the water heater out of my laundry room so the source of the leak could be explored. When the time came to reinstall the water heater, Eric came back within three days to move the water heater back and to hook it up again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fast Water Heater for any issues with such equipment. The price was reasonable and Eric was outstanding. Edward in their office also gave unstintingly of his time and advice.

Another company had just left this morning, provided an estimate and no idea when they could be out with a new water heater. This was after waiting for 4 days to have the technician come and tell us what we already knew; that we needed a new water heater. I called Fast at 11 am and we had a new Rheem installed at 2:30 pm. Everything was perfect.

I found Fast Water Heater Company through Home Depot and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I tried the large service companies (Greenwood, Bel-Red, etc.) but fared better with this company that primarily does water heaters. After giving them my old unit's model number and answering a few questions, I was offered 2 packages to choose from, then was scheduled for the next day. The thing I liked best about the contract they emailed me was that there was no obligation until the technician arrived, inspected the old system, and gave a final estimate. For example, if additional work is needed to bring the system up to code, they would charge extra, but the customer has no obligation to move forward with the work. The email also stated very clearly what was included with the installation and what would cost extra. Tim was awesome! He called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. He was friendly and fun, and did not pressure me to buy a bunch of add-ons. His instructions for me were clear and he finished in approximately an hour and a half. He said the installation went beautifully, and now our household has piping hot water instead of lukewarm water. We literally stood under the shower for 30 minutes yesterday. Thank you, Fast Water Heater Company for a stress-free experience at a more-than-reasonable price.

I had an emergency hot water heater leak that spilled out into my garage, and as a single mother with a young child, I can’t be without hot water for any large amount of time.
